My name is Jason Hunziker, owner of J. Hunziker Asphalt Paving, a local, family-owned paving company serving Troy and surrounding areas of Columbia County and the Capital Region.

I grew up in East Greenbush and worked for a few years with other paving companies in the area. At age 24, I decided it was time to start my own company—and that’s when I bought my first truck.

I formed J. Hunziker Paving, LLC, in 2001 and, by using lessons and experiences from my past employers, I’ve spent the years since steadily growing a successful business in the Capital Region.

Ask any of my previous customers, and they’ll all tell you the same thing: I emphasize honesty, integrity, and hard work with every job I complete. I have extremely high standards for the quality of my team’s work, and I never settle for cutting corners or taking shortcuts. My hyper-focused attention to detail is one of the many things that sets me apart from my competitors. 

In addition, I wholeheartedly believe in the importance of customer service. For me and my crew, the customer comes first each and every time.
